• Technical & Connection Logs: IP address and basic device parameters for matchmaking stability, rate limiting, and anti-cheat verification.

• To manage user authentication and save your gameplay progress.
• To display public usernames on match rankings and global leaderboards.
• To prevent fraud, cheating, exploits, and server attacks.
• To respond to player support and account inquiries.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. We do not use third-party user tracking analytics.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We utilize browser Local Storage and temporary session tokens to maintain your login status, remember your language choice, and save interface preferences (such as FPS and Ping toggles).

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have full control over your personal data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated game data at any time via in-game settings, our deletion page at /delete-account, or by contacting contact@karexi.com.tr.

Part 2: Terms of Use

By accessing or playing Army Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the service.

1. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a balanced and enjoyable environment for all players, the following behaviors are strictly forbidden:

• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
• Using unauthorized third-party software, including bots, automation scripts, speedhacks, or packet manipulation tools.
• Using offensive, harassing, obscene, or hateful usernames.
• Attacking or disrupting game servers, networks, or infrastructure.

Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.

2. Virtual Items & Game Currency

• All virtual coins, skins, avatars, and emotes are purely digital goods designed for entertainment within Army Arena.
• Virtual items possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for fiat currency.
• All virtual purchases and unlocks are non-refundable.

3. Beta Status & Service Availability

Army Arena is constantly evolving. We reserve the right to modify, balance, patch, or temporarily suspend game servers for maintenance, security updates, or content revisions at any time.

4. Account Termination

You may request to terminate your account and erase all associated data at any time via /delete-account or by emailing contact@karexi.com.tr.
